Q. Do I pay a deposit?
A. Yes, a single month deposit is payable before we can guarantee availability for your storage unit.
Q. Do you have secure access?
A. Yes, only validated clients get an access code to enter the gate.
Q. Can I do some work inside my storage unit, or fix my car?
A. No, sorry, under no circumstances can we allow you to fix things, paint or any other work, we dont even allow clients or their 
    staff to 'hang around' at the premises, longer than necessary.
Q. Is there electricity inside the units?
A. No, we cannot allow any form of electricity to be 'live' powering any machinery.
Q. Can I store a vehicle inside the storage unit?
A. Yes, just tell us when you book, we will allocate a low unit with a large doorway, we can also assist with ramps.
Q. Do you open Sundays and public holidays?
A. Yes, we are open for existing clients to access 7 days a week, from 7am till 6pm.
Q. Can we access after 6pm?
A. Only in very extreme and rare situations, or emergencies. We do require prior arrangements to be made, as
    after-hours gate access cannot just happen immediately.
Q. I have lost the key to my storage padlock, can you help to open it?
A. Certainly, but we can only help Monday to Friday by prior arrangement, once we have verified you. Special tools are used
     which are not readily available.
Q. Isn't it very hot inside the steel unit?
A. No, our units are well coated with UV resistant paints and are arranged in such a way that approx 70% of the unit 
    is not exposed to the sun, at any one time. The units are quite cool inside.
Q. Will my goods get water damaged?
A. No, our units are water resistant and they are set-up high off the ground, no ants nor other vermin can get in.
Q. Can I insure my goods?
A. Certainly, you can arrange insurance with your service providers. We are in good standing with the insurance companies.
Q. Do you supply transport?
A. No, sorry, we only supply the storage facility, but we collaborate with a reputable transporter whom we can connect you with.
Q. Should I wrap my goods before i store them?
A. Its not necessary, but its a good idea to do that. Much like wrapping your suitacse before a flight...you dont need to, but its 
    a good idea to just do it!
